We’ve tried “the” silk pillowcase made Insta-famous, and while it is amazing and we keep it in our rotation, the fabric picks up any little oil in my heavier night creams. With melatonin, calcium, and vitamin B-6, this Hum beauty supplement streamlined our sleep. We won’t go to bed without it.
We keep lavender lotion in our nightstand and use it just before bed. It’s a ritual that helps remind us to let go of the day.

Almond oil smells so warm and sweet. We love the layer of protection it provides our skin, and we use it immediately after showering mixed with Whole Foods 365 Lavender Lotion.
